Terms and Conditions

The Drive-Alive Holidays Ltd website is a portal which provides links to various companys' websites where you can search and book different components of a holiday, chosen by you on the providers' own websites. Drive-Alive Holidays Ltd does not offer or arrange holidays itself..

Therefore your booking is always with the provider, and any contract is with them, not with Drive-Alive Holidays Ltd. Please ensure you are familiar with the terms and conditions of the provider, which will be found on the provider's website.

All transport bookings (ferries, Eurotunnel, Eurostar) are directly with the chosen operator. You will receive a booking reference from the provider following a successful booking. Any queries should be made direct to the operator (details can be found on the ferry or train comany's websites) quoting your booking reference.

In the case of hotel bookings the booking is made via the website of our partner, booking.com, but the booking is with the individual hotels, not with Drive-Alive Holidays Ltd nor with booking.com. Your booking confirmation will come from booking.com and will contain details of how to change or cancel your booking and the booking.com website. All the terms of your booking will be contained in the booking.com confirmation. Any queries in relation to your hotel booking should be made with booking.com as per the contact details on your booking confirmation.

Self-catering bookings are made directly with one of our partners, Interhome or Belvilla, who provide the self-catering properties. Again, your booking confirmation will contain details of how to contact these companies in the event of a query.

Car hire bookings  are made using the Car Trawler software embedded on the Drive-Alive website. Once your booking is made you will receive a confirmation and this will contain details of the booking and how to make changes. This information is also to be found on the Car Trawler website. Please note the contract is between you and the directly supplying car hire company.

Purchases of road maps are with Drive-Alive Holidays directly and any queries regarding deliveries should be made via email to info@drive-alive.co.uk

Bookings for ski equipment hire, and any other product found on the Drive-Alive website or family of websites are all directly with the supplier.
